Absolutely. You retain 100% full ownership of your domain name, business logo, photos, written text, and Google Business / Analytics accounts at all times.

Who owns the site if I cancel?

You always own your domain, logo, photos, copy, and Google accounts.Blueprint ($500): You are licensing our template. The master layout stays with us. We give you your content and a static copy of the pages. For $150–$300 we can help move content and DNS to another host. We do not give you the blueprint to reuse.Custom ($1,500–$3,500+): You own that site’s design. After the account is settled we will transfer the working site files. What payment methods are available?

SECTION 1: UPFRONT ONBOARDING & WEBSITE SETUP OPTIONS

Onboarding & Project Kickoff

Setup Windows: Execution and turnaround timelines begin once we receive your completed onboarding details, uploaded business assets (logo, brand colors, imagery), and required platform access.
System Access & Credentials: You agree to grant administrative access to domain registrars, Google Business Profiles, and third-party platform credentials as needed to fulfill contracted services.

Option 1: Instant Template Website Setup — $500 One-Time Fee
- Scope: Scope: Deployment using our pre-built agency website templates. Includes hosting setup on the server that matches your monthly plan (shared on Tier 1, isolated cloud on Tier 2 and 3), SSL, brand styling, Google-friendly structure, AI search readiness, and visitor/call tracking.
- Delivery Window: 7–10 business days upon receipt of onboarding details.

Option 2: Custom Architecture & Tailored Design — $1,500 to $3,500+ (Custom Quote)
- Scope: Scope: Ground-up custom website outside our template library. Includes unique layout, extra pages as quoted, hosting setup on the server that matches your monthly plan (shared on Tier 1, isolated cloud on Tier 2 and 3), SSL, tracking, software integrations as scoped, and 2 review rounds. Local SEO Launch Boost: $350 One-Time. Turnaround: 3–5 business days. One-time local search setup for Tiers 1 & 2. Activates schema markup, llms.txt, local citations, and geo-targeted meta tags.
New Custom Page Layout / Redesign: $250 Flat Rate. Turnaround: 5–7 business days. Design and development of dedicated landing pages outside core templates or major page redesigns.
Standard Software Integration: $150 Flat Rate. Turnaround: 2–3 business days. Embedded widget or code snippet installation for CRMs, booking software, or scheduling widgets.

Operational Edit Policies & Scope Definitions:

Minor Content Updates: Covers swapping existing text, updating service pricing, changing store hours, adding team bios, or switching images within existing layout blocks. Completed within tier turnaround windows.
Tier 1 ($99/mo) Revisions & Fixes: Tier 1 is a hosting-only maintenance plan and includes no monthly edit time. All updates, fixes, and custom tasks are billed at $120/hour (1-hour minimum).
Tier 2 ($350/mo) & Tier 3 ($599/mo) Overages: Tiers 2 and 3 include 30 minutes of updates per month. Time spent beyond 30 minutes is billed at $60/hour (1-hour minimum).
Major Reconfigurations: Adding brand-new content sections, creating new landing pages, or building complex software layouts are classified as Major Projects and billed via flat rate or hourly estimate.

SECTION 4: PAYMENT OPTIONS & BILLING POLICIES

Accepted Payment Methods

Direct ACH Bank Transfer (Recommended): Zero surcharge and lowest overhead. Secure account linking via Stripe’s encrypted portal. Ideal for automated monthly retainers to ensure 100% of your investment directly fuels infrastructure without credit card interchange fees. Processing time: 1–3 business days.
Credit & Debit Cards: All major cards accepted (Visa, Mastercard, AMEX, Discover). Instant authorization for one-time setups, deposits, and add-on services. Automatic digital receipts issued immediately upon completion.

Billing Security & Terms

PCI-DSS Level 1 Security: All billing data is processed via Stripe Merchant Services. Financial card or bank account details are never stored on our local web servers.
Automated Invoicing: Recurring monthly retainers (Tiers 1, 2, and 3) charge automatically on the same day each month. Itemized invoices are automatically emailed upon charge completion for business tax records.
Month-to-Month Flexibility: All recurring growth and maintenance plans operate on a flexible month-to-month commitment with 30 days written cancellation notice.

SECTION 5: OFFBOARDING & ASSET OWNERSHIP

Client Intellectual Property (Always Transferable): The client retains 100% full ownership of their domain name, business logo, brand imagery, written copy, and Google Business / Analytics accounts upon account settlement.
Agency Infrastructure (Non-Transferable): Managed cloud servers, proprietary website template kits, internal coding tools, and agency software licenses (including Elementor and similar builder software) remain the exclusive property of Limitless Web Solutions.
Instant Turnkey Template Projects: The client receives a license to use the deployed layout for their own business. The client does not receive ownership of the master template kit and may not clone or distribute it for other websites.

Included on 30-Day Cancellation: A downloadable ZIP archive containing all client media assets, written text copy, and a static HTML/CSS snapshot of live pages (a frozen record of the site).
Optional Migration Hand-Off (150–300 Flat Fee): Optional assistance transferring content and domain DNS settings to a third-party host. Agency templates, Elementor kits, or agency software licenses will not be installed on third-party hosts.

Custom Design Projects: The client owns the finished, custom visual design created specifically for their site.

Included on 30-Day Cancellation & Settlement: Full content pack and a static HTML/CSS snapshot of the website.
