TLC Capital Campaign Renovation Project

TLC’s building, located at 105 E. King St., Lancaster, PA., is a hotel constructed in 1910 that requires complete rehabilitation to continue offering safe, private, temporary housing for families, veterans, and others facing homelessness.

TLC houses the Veterans’ Victory House (VVH), a dedicated program for veterans within its premises. Currently, there are 52 hotel-style rooms, each equipped with private bathrooms. Every household enjoys its own private room, allowing families with children and adult couples to stay together. This setup enables TLC to accommodate all types of households.

Since 1987, this building has served this purpose and has been a program of Tenfold since 2004.
