If you buy a WebberZone Pro plugin and it isn’t right for you, you can have a full refund within 14 days of your first purchase. You don’t need a reason.
How to request a refund
Open a support ticket at https://webberzone.com/request-support/ within 14 days of your purchase and ask for a refund. I’ll process it in full.
If you’re willing, tell me what didn’t work. Many problems turn out to be a setting, a conflict with another plugin, or a bug I can fix quickly, so I may offer to help first. That’s your choice, and saying no won’t affect your refund.
Why I ask
When a purchase is refunded, the payment processing fees aren’t returned to me. As a small, independent developer, I’d rather fix a problem than lose a customer and the fees. That’s also why I suggest trying the free version or the demo site before you buy.
What isn’t covered
- Requests made more than 14 days after the original purchase.
- Renewal payments. You’ll get a reminder email before each renewal, and you can cancel anytime from your Customer Portal.
- Repeated purchase-and-refund cycles.
Before you buy
Every Pro plugin has a free version on WordPress.org, and the Pro versions run on the demo site at https://demo.webberzone.com/Opens in a new window. If you’re not sure a plugin does what you need, send me a pre-sale question.
Canceling your subscription
Log in to your Customer PortalOpens in a new window, go to Renewals & Billing, and choose Cancel Auto-Renew. The plugin keeps working after your license expires, but you won’t receive updates or support.
