Hi, I’m Jenna from Weekend Threads!
I started my tatreez journey in 2021 with my mom. We both took classes to learn Palestinian embroidery. As descendant of Nakba survivors, I connect with my heritage by practicing the art of Palestinian tatreez.
Today, I offer workshops to teach Palestinians and non-Palestinian allies the history and practice of tatreez as a way to preserve this intricate and essential cultural art.
