The new WPForms Paystack Addon brings card, bank transfer, and mobile money payments to your forms, in naira, cedis, rand, or Kenyan shillings. Connect Paystack once, switch it on for any form, and get paid right where your buyers already are.
How is every form on your site doing? That’s the question WPForms now answers the moment you log in.
Your entries and payments, form views, top visitor locations, and the next steps worth taking, all added up across your forms.
Each of your forms has always been able to tell you its own story.
Put them side by side, and you can see how people are engaging, where activity is growing, and what might deserve your attention next.
WPForms has always been the easiest way to build forms, and now it’s also the clearest way to see how they’re working for you.
More than half of the world’s internet users scan a QR code every month.
On restaurant tables, checkout counters, product packaging, conference badges, the back of a business card.
And almost every one of those codes works in one direction.
It hands people something to read, like a menu or a homepage, and takes nothing back.
So they look, then put the phone away. No name or email ever reaches you.
WPForms points the scan the other way. Now it opens your form instead.
Here’s an uncomfortable truth about survey forms.
You ask your audience to rate five ideas from 1 to 5. You collect hundreds of responses. You sit down to analyze the data and… everything scores between 3.8 and 4.2.
Now what?
You still don’t know which idea to work on next. You still can’t figure out what your customers actually care about most.
Rating questions let people sit on the fence, and when everything can score a 4, you’re leaving real insights on the table.
What you need is a question where something has to win.
That’s why today, I’m excited to announce something that will completely change how you collect preference data.
Easy, Fast, and Secure. Join over 6 million website owners who trust WPForms.
Did you know that 83 million people use Mercado Pago every month?
Last year alone, the platform processed $278 billion in payments.
That scale reflects something much bigger than the popularity of a payment platform.
Mercado Pago has become a familiar part of how millions of people across Latin America buy, book, and pay online.
So when one of them reaches your payment form, can they pay the way they always do?
Starting today, yes they can!
Right now, someone is filling out a form on your website.
Maybe they finish it. Maybe they are starting it but giving up halfway through. Or maybe one field is creating more friction than you realize.
You have no way of knowing which.
Because until now, figuring that out usually meant setting up a separate analytics tool, digging through event tracking, or making your best guess from the entries you received.
And the entries you never received? Those were the ones holding the answers.
So the reasons stayed buried, and every visitor who gave up walked away without ever telling you why.
That changes today.
The WPForms Dashboard is a new home screen that opens the moment you click WPForms in your admin menu. Stat cards across the top total up your forms, entries, payments, views, and spam across the whole site.
An Entries widget charts activity over your chosen date range with a per-form table of entries, views, interactions, and conversion rate, and a payments widget totals everything collected once a gateway is connected.
With the Geolocation addon active, Top Locations ranks the countries your visitors come from, and a Suggested Next Steps panel points to features worth turning on.
Nothing to install, as it comes with every plan, including Lite!
Every form now has its own built-in QR code generator, with nothing extra to install or buy.
Open a form’s General settings, choose the page the form lives on or paste its URL, and click Generate QR Code to copy it or download it as a PNG or a print-ready SVG.
Put it on menus, packaging, event badges, or business cards, and every scan opens your form instead of a page that only hands people something to read.
Included with every plan, including Lite; Pro and Elite plans can keep, remove, or replace the WPForms logo in the center with their own.
The Surveys & Polls addon gains a Ranking field!
Instead of scoring each option separately, respondents drag options (or tap arrow buttons on a phone) into the order they prefer, so one option always has to come first.
WPForms tallies every response into a “Times at #1” count and an average rank for each option, with a chart that makes the winner obvious.
Lay options out as a vertical list or a grid, and use Image Choices or Icon Choices in place of plain text labels.
The Mercado Pago addon brings on-page card payments built for Latin America to your forms.
Buyers enter their card details into secure, Mercado Pago-hosted fields inside the form, choose an installment plan, and pay in ARS, BRL, CLP, COP, MXN, PEN, or UYU without leaving your page.
An approved charge fires your confirmation, notifications, and integrations at the moment money actually moves, and full or partial refunds can be issued from WPForms » Payments.
WPForms takes no transaction fee, and it works with Quantities, Coupons, multi-page forms, Conversational Forms, Lead Forms, and Form Pages.
WPForms 2.0 adds a complete form performance tracking suite inside your WordPress dashboard.
The All Forms page now shows Views, Entries, and Conversion Rate for every form, and each form gets its own analytics dashboard with views, interactions, conversion rate, abandonments, and errors over the last 7, 30, or 90 days or a custom range.
A field-by-field table shows interactions, time spent, errors, and abandonment for every field, so you can see exactly where people give up, and you can set a conversion goal to track progress.
There’s also a built-in AI chat reads your form data and tells you what is working, what is hurting conversions, and what to fix first.
