James Smith and Chris Webb, Co-Founders of Critical Cloud, are building a modern cloud managed service provider for tech-led businesses, specializing in AWS and Azure with 24×7 support at its core. As an Advanced Partner, Critical Cloud has made Datadog the foundation of its managed services across AWS and Azure, becoming the first company globally to be officially recognized as Powered by Datadog. This accreditation is awarded to partners who demonstrate deep technical expertise and a proven ability to deliver services built natively on Datadog, embedding best practices, accelerating time-to-value, and driving measurable customer outcomes. By bringing together infrastructure, applications, logs, and security into a single platform, Critical Cloud delivers tailored visibility while maintaining a consistent, best-practice approach at scale. The results speak for themselves: 40–60% reductions in MTTR, faster investigations, and fewer customer-reported issues. With APM, tracing, log correlation, and integrated cloud security monitoring, Critical Cloud’s site reliability engineers can quickly identify root causes, surface risks, and take action before customers are impacted. By going deep on a single platform, James, Chris, and the Critical Cloud team are setting a new standard for modern, data-driven cloud managed services. It's Cybersecurity Awareness Month, so here's an honest one: we monitor our own AI agents at Datadog, and app logs alone weren't enough. We couldn't see which prompt or tool result led to an agent's final action — just the action itself. So we rebuilt what we track. Here's what we learned, plus a demo of it in action. Check it out: https://bit.ly/46vLtUq

Reconstructing an attack path means knowing how cloud identities, services, and other resources interacted. Security signals on their own are limited. Observability data (metrics, events, logs, and traces) fills in the rest. It's why we merged our internal SRE and security teams, and why we treat cloud security monitoring as a continuation of how teams already observe their cloud environments, not a separate layer. Datadog's Tim B Knudsen shares what a decade of that data taught us: https://bit.ly/4t5cHuj

Doug Yeum, President and CEO of MegazoneCloud, is helping enterprises across APJ accelerate cloud modernization and confidently scale AI. As one of the first partners in the APJ region to sign a Strategic Collaboration Agreement (SCA) with Datadog, MegazoneCloud serves as an enterprise AI orchestrator, combining deep multi-cloud expertise with unified observability to help customers move beyond reactive monitoring. Together, the teams are enabling organizations to launch AI workloads with greater visibility into infrastructure, GPU performance, and LLM operations. For customers, that means faster root cause analysis, stronger cloud governance, and the ability to optimize AI cost and performance without sacrificing reliability or security. As AI adoption continues to accelerate, MegazoneCloud and Datadog are working together to help enterprises build the operational foundation needed to innovate with confidence. During an incident, responders jump between conversations, telemetry data, source code, and incident tooling while the clock runs. Every switch costs time you don't have. Bits Chat brings Datadog's natural-language interface into Slack. Type @Datadog investigate in the incident channel, and Bits AI forms hypotheses from your telemetry data, runbooks, and past incidents—then posts what it finds where your team is already talking. Attackers used to need weeks to exploit a vulnerability. Now they need minutes. This Cybersecurity Awareness Month, we're sharing what we're seeing: New research from Datadog Security Labs, deep dives from the teams building out security products, and real talk from the practitioners and experts doing the work. Andrew Krug, our Head of Security Advocacy, kicks it off below.
