Thank you Mulberry House Vets for being amazing! My dog broke her carnassial tooth over the weekend and although she was in significant amount of pain, no vets nearby were able to book her in for extraction for weeks, even months. I contacted Mulberry House Vets on Monday evening and they were very kind and managed to book her in for a procedure within 24 hours. Fantastic service and modern facilities, very kind staff that updated us several time during the day whist she was hospitalised. I genuinely couldn't praise them high enough. 🙏

Mulberry House Vets are so much more than a veterinary practice. They are genuinely wonderful people who truly love and care for both animals and their owners. From the reception team to the nurses and vets, every single person shows kindness, compassion and genuine dedication. They have helped me more than I can ever express with both of my dogs. Sadly, I first came to know them during one of the most heartbreaking moments for our family, when they came to our home to help our beloved Bob cross the rainbow bridge. They handled such a difficult and emotional experience with so much kindness, dignity and compassion, and I will always be grateful to them for that. We continued with our second dog, Joey, who has always received the very best care from the entire team. It is clear that they genuinely care about every animal they look after, while also understanding how much our pets mean to us and how worried we can be as owners.❤️

Such good vets. So kind and welcoming. Bo has had top notch care and support. The regular health checks for puppies are great, they're free and help put your mind at rest that everything is going ok. Bo actually looks forward to the vets!

Fab as ever. Almost always lucky enough to see the amazing Grace who knows my pup so well. Simple concise diagnosis, lots of love shown to the pup even when procedures are a bit scary but always leaves with a waggy tail and happy owner Can't praise Mulberry any where near enough- just great!

Had a great experience at this vet - very friendly staff and very informative. They were understanding of our cat's situation and meticulously analyzed him to ensure the best recovery plan for him. 10/10!

The reception staff were kind, proactive and very professional. They were quick go book my initial appointment and pull in medical records from another vet. I was also impressed with the prescription fulfillment and appointment follow-up. Our vet was absolutely wonderful. My nervous dog took to her quickly, showing her patience and ease at getting large anxious pups to settle. She was very knowledgeable about my dogs medical issues, and necessary treatment plan. I am thrilled to find such a comforting vet and practice so close to home. Highly recommend!

The care given to Cole our black schnauzer who was booked in for a castration was 1st class. Most impressed with the after care and after a phone call today we were able to see a nurse within a couple of hours to put our minds at rest.

Best Veterinary clinic ever! One can always get an appointment the same day. Staff is very professional and caring. Friendly and welcoming unlike other places we unfortunately had been before to. Our little one is reactive and the staff let us sit in the vehicle and gave us a buzzer so we can come in when it's our turn to avoid our little one getting upset which I am very grateful for. The vet came outside to get us in for our appointment which was an unfamiliar experience to us until now that we are with Mulberry Vets. They always take uttermost care of our fur babies and they are also very reasonably priced considering the stellar service and care they provide. Could not be happier with this practice. I’m so pleased we swapped to Mulberry House after being recommended by friends. From the moment we walked in, it felt different. There’s a warm friendly welcome in reception which extends throughout. It’ll all about your pet and what they can do to ensure your furry family member has the best experience possible. Where we were before, it was just about the job. We even received a lovely update with photos of how our dog was doing. I can’t recommend highly enough.

All the staff are absolutely amazing I could not recommend this Vet Practice enough. I have 3 dogs and 1 of them is extremly nervous but they know exactly how to be around him.

Larry has been amazing with our Greek rescue Sandy. He has leishmaniasis, a parasitic Mediterranean disease which most Uk vets are not familiar with. Such a huge relief to find a vet with exceptional knowledge 🙏🏻

At 4pm today my dog split her dew claw after running into rough ground and was obviously in pain with the claw sticking out at right angle from her leg. I rang Mulberry Vets who got me an apt at 420pm on Binfield. I saw the vet who removed the claw and gave me pain killers and by 445pm I was on my way home, a tad poorer but with a much happier dog, so well worth it! Amazing service and care and so good to know it is an independent vets rather than a corporate one. Thank you Mulberry House, I would highly recommend you all.

Our dog Jack has just been looked after today by vet Lucy at Mulberry House and once again great service and care. Mulberry House vets are a very special practice because they combine a customer focus on both pets and owners, all of the team are motivated and helpful in such a friendly and still professional way and the individual vets are very knowledgeable and go out of their way to explain everything. I can't recommend Mulberry Vets in Binfield highly enough. From our very first consultation through to Mimi's operation, the whole team has been absolutely incredible. Every step of the way they kept me updated, even sending me photos of Mimi while she was with them, which eased my mind more than I can say. Knowing she was happy and being cared for made such a difference, and she was able to come home the very same day. What really stood out was how calm Mimi was. At previous vets she's been nervous, but at Mulberry she was completely at ease. The receptionists, nurses and vets all took the time to make both of us feel comfortable, and winning her over with delicious treats definitely helped earn her trust! The whole experience has been reassuring from start to finish. You can genuinely see how much the team loves animals and that the focus is on providing excellent care rather than charging extortionate fees. Their pricing is fair, their communication is fantastic, and the level of compassion they show is second to none. Thank you for taking such wonderful care of Mimi. It’s been a few months since our senior dog passed away, but I drove past the practice recently and felt I had to leave a review. We moved to the practice around a year earlier and had a wonderful experience throughout. When his health deteriorated quickly, every single member of the team was incredibly compassionate and kind. I had to bring my young children to one of his final appointments on my own, and they even helped me with them. They made saying goodbye as calm and peaceful as possible, and the aftercare was equally thoughtful. We were so touched to receive a card and plant afterwards. We’re incredibly grateful for the care they gave him and couldn’t recommend them more highly.

Having moved our dog from another local vet to Mulberry, I realised why they have an excellent reputation! My dog was poorly and it was the let down in treatment that lead me to move to Mulberry vets. Their reception staff are so welcoming, always have time to say hello and offer your pet a treat. The vet we were lucky to see, Laura, was so caring and helpful each time we visited. Sadly our dog’s health deteriorated and she had to be pts. The compassion and support was beyond special and we have since received a condolence card and garden plant from them! This is not a business style vet but a big family of lovely people who genuinely care about our pets and us. I thank them for everything they did for us as a family during a tough few months.

Went to the Mulberry House vet for my cat Feta, the staff were so lovely and i could tell they genuinely cared about me and my cat. they followed procedure and were very professional. truly could not have asked for a better vet to look after my pet thank you guys.

I couldn’t be happier with the treatment and care that my reactive dog received at Mulberry. All of the staff made a difficult visit seamless, and my dog was able to get the help needed without undue stress. I would 100% recommend this practice for difficult visits.

Everyone was so wonderful looking after my cat for a recent surgery. Every member of staff I talked with was kind and friendly. The WhatsApp photo updates of my cat really put my mind at ease that she was being well treated and I'm so greatful to everyone here. Would recommend this vet to anyone. Also all the receptionists are also lovely and thats suprisingly comforting?

We were referred to Mulberry House because they have a CT scanner, as my 11-year-old Golden Retriever, Darcey, had a grass seed in her groin area which had quickly become infected, causing cellulitis in her hind leg. From the very first phone call, the receptionist was kind, friendly, helpful and full of empathy. Lucy, the vet I spoke to, was equally reassuring and compassionate, immediately putting my mind at ease. We quickly received an email explaining the procedure for Darcey’s appointment, along with a clear breakdown of the costs, information on how to pay and claim through our pet insurance, and easy-to-follow directions to the practice. Although I was tearful leaving Darcey, I genuinely felt she was in the safest hands. Thankfully, the team managed to remove the grass seed without the need for surgery or a CT scan. One thing I absolutely loved was receiving WhatsApp photos updating me on Darcey’s progress. Within just three hours I received a phone call to say everything had gone well and she would be ready to come home later that day. We were given clear medication instructions. The care didn’t stop there—I also received a follow-up phone call the very next morning to check how Darcey was doing. The care, compassion and communication from everyone at Mulberry House were truly outstanding. Thank you for looking after my precious girl so beautifully. Darcey and I are incredibly grateful and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend you.

Mulberry Vets were incredibly helpful in arranging my German Shepherd’s urgent rabies titre test. My dog usually becomes quite aggressive whenever injections or blood tests are involved, but the experienced vets at Mulberry handled him so calmly that he was as good as gold. They took his blood quickly, professionally, and without any fuss. The whole team is genuinely customer-focused, and the experience couldn’t have been smoother. My only complaint is that they’re 49 minutes away from my house! 😊 If they were closer, they’d definitely be our regular vets.
