Email CEED with DEC Lic # and Number of Eggs Ordered

Pick up Supplies from Talmage Agway- at CEED or Nassau County Location
APRIL
Book Quail Presentation, Assembly, or Field Trip
Set-Up Incubator at Least Two Days Before Picking Up Eggs.
Pick up your Fertilized Eggs and Start Incubating!
Don’t Forget to Track Temperature and Humidity.
MAY
Set Up Brooder on Day 18, Test Temperature
Remove Quail Rails in Incubator on Day 18
Determine Drop-Off Location
Two weeks after Chicks Hatch, Drop Off the Chicks at one of the Scheduled Locations
Fill Out Your DEC Annual Report of Activities and Save in a Safe Location
Send CEED a Copy of Quail Records
Volunteer to Help Feed and Care for the Quail at One of Our Locations
JUNE
Volunteer to Help Feed and Care for the Quail at One of Our Locations
Thoroughly Clean and Store all Your Quail Supplies
Inform the Public and Students of Release Dates and Locations
JULY
Volunteer to Help Feed and Care for the Quail at One of Our Locations
Attend or Volunteer at One of Our Quail Releases.
