It would be nice if you could at least change the font of the 1:1 emails to make them more visually appealing. When my emails go out the spacing is inconsistent and the font is off putting. Would love a way to update this.

Please create a restore campaign option. It baffles me that a CRM company does not have that option. This would be helpful if a list gets delete by accident but need to get the data back. At least in a 24 hour window. We can restore the contacts but cant restore the reporting?
My Active campaign crashed while i was editing a new campaign and shows the error - Something went wrongWe're having trouble loading this page right now On Chrome and safari. And there is no option to click to ask for help or log a ticket. I tried to contact a human but the bot will not open a support ticket or contact anyone. This is urgent!!!!! I have an email going out in 1 hour that I need to cancel.
On the campaigns page….Why do the AI features have to take up so much real estate if we’re not using them. I find it so frustrating to have to scroll down the page to get to my work all of time. Can’t we hide it if we’re not using it?? It takes up half of the page.

Hello. Im trying to use the /api/3/contacts endpoint to list contacts in a segment by using the segmentid query parameter. I am able to get first page of contacts, but unable to get subsequent pages. Seems that paginated related query parameters dont work, when using segmentid: offset id_greater exclude Any help appreciated.

Hello! I sell a coaching program, and all my customers are automatically added to an autoresponder so the get emails as they advance in the program. However, an important part of my customers pay but want to start the program a few days later, or need to do a pause of 2-3 weeks in the middle of the program. In those cause, having the option to PAUSE these contacts in the autoresponder would be amazing. However, right now you can only End the automation and the re-add them from the beginning. Instead of having to type in a custom Google Analytics Campaign Name every time, it would be great if there was a way to preload/create a list of campaign names and then have the option to be able to select the campaign name from a dropdown list (OR create a new one that automatically gets added to the list). This would help ensure consistency of use among team members.

In this way, we can better calculate the funnel of each email from the open rate, click-through rate to the conversion rate, and better evaluate the quality of the email and its impact on the conversion rate. It would be really useful to be able to automatically delete identified spam contacts from our Active Campaign account. We’ve implemented the double opt-in and reCAPTCHA in all our forms to prevent spam/bot submissions but they still come through.
The new email reporting looks good, but for Automations I wish I was able to see a table of when emails were sent. As far as I can see, the “Campaign Recipients” report only shows data for people who opened or clicked. Being able to see when emails were sent enables us to easily see peaks/troughs in sending, what kind of daily rate of sending we have, etc.
There used to be a simple Wait action for day of the week - Wait until the Contact’s Timezone is DAY OF THE WEEK. Now its like this whole thing with adding goals and if/then actions and its really confusing. Why do changes make things more complicated?
In the “Automations” Section of the Contacts Page, have a way to filter (see) automation that are still running vs ones that have completed 100%. This section tends to clutter up over time, especially if a contact had entered 20+ automations and when the name of the automation is quite long. Also have a way to sort them e.g. alphabetically, by completion, recent activity, etc.
Hi all! My name is Steven. I am new here. I was creating an automation today and (as I commonly do) added an error handler that sends me an email notification if someone schedules the wrong appointment type, etc. Checks and balances essentially. However, I’m starting to realize how many of these notifications come through in a day and it is getting hard to manage and manually adjust things for each scenario. When looking for a solution, I thought of a potential feature within ActiveCampaign that might be helpful to quickly resolve scenarios like this. I’ve taken some time to set up the segments exactly as I want them. Part of my segmentation strategy involves conditional content in emails. As far as I can tell, I can’t apply the new segments to conditional content. That would be a nice improvement.
In recent weeks, AC has put AI-generation tools front and center and many of them cannot be dismissed. I am a human user and I would like to be the one to decide if I use AI tools or not. I have decided that I don’t want to use built in AI tools to generate campaigns, templates, layouts, etc. This is my personal choice as a customer. However, I don’t have the choice to dismiss the AI prompts. I just logged in today and there is a large prompt at the top of the campaign screen telling me to create a campaign “in seconds.” I don’t want to! And there is no way to dismiss this from the entire top section of the screen. Will all due respect to the team that creates AI tools like this … I am sure they are great, but not everyone wants it. So please, please consider making these prompts and sections dismissible.

Guys, serious issues from the latest updates; Problem 1 link to : https://XXXXX.activehosted.com/report/#/campaign/XXX/overview is not working properly. The app does not redirect to report page until you reach by: automation>email>edit design> [ maintain tab opened] open a new tab with previous link: /report/#/campaign/XXX/overview now report opens. Problem 2 the report ID’s are comming two by two; like 705, 707, 709… Problem 3 report exportation is not functioning properly; only the headings are getting exported. Even when other data is in the report…
There needs to be a way to view a contact’s “date created” from their profile page. Currently, the only way to view this information is on the main Contact listing page. However, you cannot single out a single user in this view without it redirecting you to their contact profile page. This is an important bit of information. For example, let’s say a contact purchased a product today. I would like to know how long have they been on my list before making their purchase. I do not have an easy way to find this information. The workaround is to search for a partial of their email address, so that it shows me their row in the main Contact listing without going to their profile. Not ideal
In the upgraded plans we have to switch to, the Inbox preview & testing is only limited to 5 per month. In my opinion that doesn’t make sense at all. We need to be able to send a testmail for every mail we want to send … No idea why you limit this but we definitely need more testmails … so I would ask you to change the plans back to unlimited testmails or at least for 200 to 500 mails a month … If you are using AC every day you need this testmails.
