Security Policy

Contact Button takes the security of customer and visitor data seriously. We collect and retain data only as necessary to provide, secure, support, and improve the Services.

Data protection and third parties

We do not sell Customer Personal Data. We use third-party service providers only where necessary to operate, secure, support, or provide the Services.

We do not store payment-card details. Payments are processed by Stripe.

Where we process Customer Personal Data on behalf of a customer, the customer is the Controller and Contact Button is the Processor. That processing is governed by our Data Processing Agreement.

Hosting and security

Customer Personal Data is stored on cloud infrastructure in the European Union / European Economic Area.

We use HTTPS/TLS to protect data in transit. We maintain access controls intended to limit access to authorized personnel and use technical and organizational measures designed to protect the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of the Services.
