Jim Goad died on June 22, 2026, following long-term health problems. Best known as the co-creator of Answer Me! and the author of The Redneck Manifesto, he leaves behind a large, provocative, and unmistakably personal body of work. What follows is a remembrance in his honor.

Jim Goad’s work was a huge influence on me.

I didn’t catch on to ANSWER Me! until it had already been reprinted by AK Press—and it is still wild to remember that AK Press was once cool enough to publish ANSWER Me! The First Three. But when The Redneck Manifesto came out in 1997, I jumped on it immediately. It was an important book to me. (more…)

Geert Wilders is a Dutch politician who has moved house regularly over the last two decades. He has not done this to take advantage of the Dutch housing market, but rather because he has been under threat of death for over twenty years due to his outspoken stance on Islam. His 2012 autobiography, Marked for Death, repays inspection today as the problem it outlines has become considerably worse, not just in his own country, but across Europe. What is common across the EU, and in Britain, is that Wilders’ opposition to Islamization is echoed by the non-Muslim public, which is precisely why he and others sharing his message have been marked for death. James Thaddeus Goad was born on June 12, 1961, in Ridley Park, Pennsylvania. He died on June 22, 2026, in Albuquerque, New Mexico of long-term health problems. He had just turned 65.

Making Plans for Nigel

For seasoned watchers of the British political skies, these are heady times. The Prime Minister (PM) has just quit, a new one is being lined up via coronation rather than election, and the supposed savior the Right hope will pull the UK back from the brink has just stepped down as a Member of Parliament (MP) and so forced a by-election which may be far riskier than he bargained for. For the first time in my lifetime, British politics is more interesting than the American version, which currently seems hung up on some alleged rapist with a Nazi tattoo. (more…)

This July 4, Patriot Front held their largest march ever in Washington DC. Not only was it the largest action by Patriot Front thus far at 400 participants, it was the largest march in DC on America’s 250th birthday. Every single other parade was cancelled due to it being the hottest July 4 on record at 102 degrees with a heat index between 110 and 115 (the previous July 4 record for DC was 100 degrees in 1919). Recently, Canada, Mexico, and the United States co-hosted the 2026 FIFA World Cup, during which the United States faced Bosnia and Herzegovina in Round 32. In the 64th minute, American forward Folarin Balogun was shown a straight red card after stepping on the ankle of Bosnian defender Tarik Muharemović while challenging for the ball.[1] Balogun and United States head coach Mauricio Pochettino both maintained that the contact had been accidental and that the forward had made no deliberate attempt to injure his opponent. Referee Raphael Claus nevertheless dismissed Balogun after conducting an on-field review of the incident.[2] (more…)

I knew Willis Carto primarily through his many accomplishments: Western Destiny, The Noontide Press, The Barnes Review, The Spotlight, The Liberty Lobby, The Populist Party, The National Youth Alliance, The Institute for Historical Review, his edition of Francis Parker Yockey’s Imperium. The list goes on and on.
