Do you have a live chat feature so a human can take over the conversation?

Yes, we do! If the chatbot is unable to answer a question, your bot can ask the user if they would like to speak to a human. You will be notified and have the opportunity to take control of the conversation as the chatbot's owner. This feature is currently only available on the business plan and above.

Can people upload images and files into the chatbot during a conversation?

Yes they can. Users can upload the following file types into a chat conversation:

What happens if I run out of message credits?

Don't worry, you can easily buy more credits to add to your account or just upgrade to a higher plan with more message credits. Just go to 'Account' and purchase however many you need. 

Can I cancel anytime?

We find that most subscribers love the time and money savings of having an AI chatbot, but you can cancel your subscription at any time if you wish to.

Is FastBots.ai GDPR compliant?

Is my private uploaded data being used to train Open AI?

No, it is not. We connect to Open AI via it's API service, and as such, your data is not being used to train the Large Language Model. Read more about it here.

Can I train by chatbot on multiple websites?

Yes you can. You can see the maximum amount of pages allowed per website in our chatbot pricing plans.

Can I white-label FastBots for my own clients?

Yes. With FastBots you can white-label  our platform! This allows you to rebrand the platform with your own logo, domain, and colours, so you can sell AI chatbots directly to your clients under your own brand and they can login to the platform directly.
