Constitutional Amendment Pull Request
Summary of changes
Addition of the Vice President Role, modification of the President and GenSec roles to distribute responsibility.
Justicfication of changes
Because a VP will be key to the smooth running of the growing committee, splitting the currently overloaded roles of GenSec and President up allows for more reasonable workloads and this can also serve to clarify the roles involved and provide better feedback structures within the society.
