CI black --check was failing on 12 files in oracle_asr_python and oracle_tts_python extensions due to formatting violations. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.6 <noreply@anthropic.com>
The test files used bare module names (e.g. `from config import ...`) which fail under the standalone test runner where PYTHONPATH points to `.ten/app` and modules must be referenced by package path. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.6 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>
