配置克隆无法调整配置名和分组

新版界面里，配置克隆时无法修改dataId和group了，这个很影响快速复制配置了，
有时候就像改下group或者dataid，还得从头开始创建配置
老版的界面里是可编辑的，考虑下把这个功能加回来，也不复杂
