How to join the mailing list

I find two mailing lists of nacos project :

1. dev-nacos@googlegroups
2. nacos_dev@linux.alibaba.com

What's the difference of the two mailing lists?
And how to join the mailing list? I tried to subscribe the two lists but failed, it refered dubbo mailing list guide : https://github.com/apache/incubator-dubbo/wiki/Mailing-list-subscription-guide

I find the correct way to join mailing list from pom.xml，which tells me that nacos_dev@linux.alibaba.com is not a mailing list, but the document of Nacos website shows that nacos_dev@linux.alibaba.com is also a mailing list, is there some mistakes?
