Version 1.2.0-alpha06+ of Compose and 1.3.0-alpha02 of RecyclerView, have improved support of composables within RecyclerViews thanks to the PoolingContainer library. This PR updates the sample app to remove the old implementation and bumps up the version of Compose and RV so it gets those benefits.
