Add commands for updating schemas and help docs

• Adds hidden cli command for printing the json schema of a human config.
• Renames the print for cli help markdown
• Adds test to keep the help markdown up to date (not yet linked up to any docs repo)
• Adds make file for coordinating piping output to correct place
