TracerProviderpath did not always carry asentry.originattribute after backfill. Transactions already get this default inSpanExporter, but streamed spans went throughbackfillStreamedSpanDataFromOtelwithout the same fallback. This aligns streamed spans with transaction behavior and withSentrySpan, which defaults origin tomanual.
