Docker and MSI packages contain unnecessary source code files

Both the Docker package and the MSI contain the monkey/tests directory and the monkey/infection_monkey directory. These files shouldn't be included in the Monkey Island packages

• Remove the tests and agent source code from the MSI package
• Remove the tests and agent source code from the Docker package
