UI: add option to remove host from the system

for example when the host is no longer relevant (dead old monkey)

Should there be exceptions, when deletion is forbidden? For ex. if the monkey was reporting recently?
And what is the right place for the delete button\action? We have panel for selected monkey, but no panel for selected host.
