Migrate the WMI exploiter to a plugin

Description

Replace the hard-coded WMI exploiter with a new and improved, fully tested, WMI exploiter plugin with high code quality. Leverage the BruteForceExploiter to minimize code duplication.

Use the SMBExploiter as a template.
