This PR will define the supported Redmine versions in the
README.md.I've removed the manual installation instruction, because the service at php-download.com requires a login now. I've replaced this chapter completely with a sentence and a link to an alternative instruction. I hope that this isn't an issue anymore in 2024.
I've also updated the end2end tests. The logic from the testcase class has been moved to a PHPUnit extension to have more control over starting and resetting Redmine instances. It's not quite perfect and only works on Windows atm, but I will improve this over time.
