[Task]: Remove the GET /scanner/results/ API endpoint and related logic

Description

We are no longer using this endpoint so let's remove it. It's safe because it's an internal route. We can also get rid of the false/positive logic for scanner results. In the admin, that would mean no longer having "actions" to triage the scanner results (something that was also not used).

I remembered testing around some years ago because it's different than other endpoints (the internal url + jwt authentication + vpn) and hah I saved the request.

On dev I've a 404 Not found with v4/v5 while on stage the endpoint is still returning a 200 with results.
