Bug Description
RoutingPanel is empty when BadRequestException is throwed.
Steps To Reproduce
Go to non-exist URL in project and let it throw BadRequestException.
Expected Behavior
Shows all defined routes in RoutingPanel.
Possible Solution
This commit 177f1ec
breaks it. But I don't know correct compatibility way with new RouteList.
