No Composer Support

Composer is not natively installed for PHP/Laravel?

How can we fix this, or do we have permissions to install it ourself?

Just for anyone looking this is how I setup my ENV with a Laravel 12 app

# Composer Install
sudo apt update
sudo apt install -y \
    composer \
    php8.3-bcmath \
    php8.3-xml

# Install Deps
npm install && composer install
