I was impressed not only with the speed, but also the ability of the transcriber to identify each speaker, even with a lot of background noise. I would definitely recommend to others!

The accurancy of the last hearing was excellent, and it was the best audio. I will give you other audio to transcribe with pretty difficult audio. My one huge suggestion, is I'm confused as to where to add comments about the audio: the speakers' names and other instructions. That should be more clear, and the support is not entirely helpful. I'm tech-savvy, and it's not clear to me. Hopefully, on the next four hearings, it will be easier to do. Thank you, Randi

Some of the options are a little difficult to understand and it can be a little misleading with pricing. For example, it should be made clear that the additions are the cost displayed per minute and more a flat rate. Additionally, these options aren't displayed with description until you toggle over it. Customer service via chat was super helpful to purchase a credit to my account. I'm a student so I needed to use funding right then but for future use. The agent helped me navigate that. They also helped me add the student discount. The service is quite pricey, but it is important to me to have human transcriptions.
