Andrea

Working at Grover means solving problems that help colleagues across teams do their best work, and that's what I find most rewarding. What I love about our culture is the freedom to experiment, something that's genuinely rare to find. My team's superpower is being wonderfully multicultural, almost everyone's from a different country, and we're just as fun to hang out with as we are to work with. As a videogame enthusiast, I've rented a few gaming laptops over the years, currently an Asus ROG.

When I watch a user go through something I designed and nothing gets in their way, that's when I know the work was worth it. At Grover you can experiment and suggest things freely, with no fear of mistakes. Some ideas work, some don't, and that's perfectly fine.
