We are targeting the positive things, traditions and customs of Rural people, simple and complex features of rural life style, the issues and challenges for rural youths, their creativity of mind , and we provide assistance to the youths for materialize their innovative ideas

Mr. Radhey Shyam

MITWS STUDIO
Mr Radhey Shyam is a young boy of Class 12 , and he has been associated with MITWS since last 6 years. He teach childern of the village at Mahamana Free Classes. He teach math, english and science to young kids. He also support them to build small models and project using the useless and waste materials. Often, we organise bal manch and kishor manch program at MITWS office, where kids used to develop some creative models. Keeping all these things in our mind we have start a new you tube channel MITWS STUDIO to show case the creativity and innovative ideas of students , especially who lived in villages or small town. MITWS STUDIO assimilate all such activities on a common head for better management and communicate with our youth. MITWS STUDIO You Tube Channel also provides video on the theme of creativity, innovative thinking, New ideas, research and model development, talk and interview of children.

Bal Manch and Vigyaan Manch
The talent of the rural youth many time remain unnoticed, often there is requirement of proper training and guidance. Most of the schools and college in small towns and village the students have little motivation for exploring their creative ideas. If, some student may try to materialize its idea, hopefully not a great appreciation from family, relatives and friends. We at MITWS Workshop provide basic tools and guidance to materialize the mini projects of students. We have make group of students under bal manch and vigyaan manch. The bal manch consist of kids less than class 8. We often make arrange get together of them and arrange some fun activities, workshop sessions and discuss various model they want to develop. Mr. Tej Pal Gangwar Lead the group as Bal Manch Coordinator. He organize free classes for students. We not only engage in the overall development of kids but we are equally concentrate to provide a wonderful help in there study. The senior students provide the volunteer service for organizing free class rooms.
The Vigyaan manch is a group of science student from class 9 and onward.

MITWS Workshop
Provide basic tools and resource for students to explore their resources and develop their model, learn basic electronic and computers, enjoy free wi fi and kids learning softwares.
Sports and Recreation Facilities
MITWS provide sports facilities to the village students. The student enjoy indoor and out door facilities here. In the nearby area, there are one sport college field and a sport grounds in the schools. Student avail criket, football,Vally ball from our office. We provide carom, chess, ludo, business also as indoor games. We organize activities and cultural programs in regular interval for the better overall development of children.

Rathore Creations
We unfold the creativity of our youth and showcase on MITWS STUDIO platform.
We support music, art, sculpture, painting, editing, music recording, even organization, sale and distribution of art work created by local artists. We are engaging local artists to start professional and hobby classes of music , art and dance. Our simple approch is to vibrate the young mind upto a frequency where the creativity and perception will increase.
