A very normal-looking zebra

Having ADHD is hard. It can’t be cured and there are no easy fixes.

But if you’re struggling (and let’s face it, who isn’t?) I can help you:

  • identify your goals — professional or personal
  • learn skills that will help you achieve them
  • support you in applying those skills to your unique situation
  • help you feel more accepting of yourself as someone with ADHD

in a supportive, non-judgemental environment.

I have ADHD too and I have struggled all my life; I know what it feels like and how hard it can make everything. But I also know how much easier it can be with the right support. It can get better, practically and emotionally.

I strongly believe that support and coaching should be available to all who need it; financial circumstances especially should not be a barrier to getting the help you need.

  • You don’t need a formal diagnosis; you don’t even need to suspect you would get one
  • I have a number of reduced price and pay-what-you can (including £0) slots available for those who otherwise wouldn’t be able to get support
