Total program tuition is $10,000, with a flexible pay-as-you-go model in which you pay for each course as you take it. This approach keeps debt low and makes a fully accredited MBA accessible without federal financial aid.

The MBA Pro+ consists of 12 asynchronous courses totaling 36 credits. The curriculum combines required core courses with elective options, building the leadership capability, strategic thinking and cross-functional fluency needed to thrive in modern business environments.

New classes begin every month, giving you the flexibility to start the program when you’re ready. You can take one course at a time, with the option of taking two courses simultaneously after completing the fourth course. Finish the program in nine to 24 months, depending on your pace.

Expert faculty and learning designers shape every course to the highest academic standards. Rather than bolting AI on top, the MBA Pro+ weaves it into the learning itself, so you receive adaptive feedback that responds to where you are and human guidance that responds to who you are. Every course follows the Think → Do → Create cycle, moving you from concept to applied practice to professional-quality work that builds into a portfolio you carry forward.

San Francisco Bay University is a WASC-accredited, nonprofit institution. The MBA Pro+ reflects both academic excellence and real-world innovation, informed by faculty with experience across technology, global business and applied leadership.

Human-Centered Design

The MBA Pro+ prioritizes  your professional goals and growth. From coursework to faculty mentorship, every component is designed to cultivate the emotional intelligence, cultural competence, critical inquiry and tech agility skills you need to lead with impact in a changing world.

Co-Intelligent Design

As you move through the MBA Pro+, AI responds to your progress, drawing on faculty expertise and learning science to deliver personalized feedback and adaptive support. You’ll work with AI as a strategic thinking partner, developing a capability your employers will increasingly expect and that most of your peers won’t possess.

Image

Relational From the Start

While many online programs integrate AI at the expense of human connection, the MBA Pro+ takes the opposite approach. You will build authentic relationships with peers, mentors and professional networks within the learning environment — not as an afterthought, but as a foundational element of every course.

Image

Deliberate Practice for the Future of Work

Rather than testing memorization, every course challenges you to apply frameworks to real-world business problems, iterate on feedback and produce professional-quality work. In the process, you’ll build a comprehensive portfolio of applied deliverables.
