Our city does not provide recycling services, so Recyclops has been a great affordable solution. When one of the franchise owners repeatedly failed to pick up recycling, Recyclops refunded our payments and took over pickups again to restore reliable service. No issues since then!

I have never made a better decision on how to spend my money than signing up for Recyclops. I learned about this company from my church, so I felt it was very reputable. Our town (5th largest in Tennessee) did away with 90% of what can be recycled, and I found that was unacceptable. This is a very professional organization with extremely strong communication as well as customer service. I love that I can mix all my recycling materials together. I have trash pickup every week, but now I only have to put it out every other week, because I use Recyclops. Save the Earth one bag at a time!

Affordable, convenient, and reliable

We don’t have local government recycling service in my county anymore so Recyclops has been our only option to do the right thing! That being said, they’ve impressed us with their automated reminders, helpful app, and quick service if we have questions. They are doing a great job and we’re happy to have them servicing our area of Arizona!

I’m grateful that Recyclops comes and picks up our recycling, and that we’re given options such as weekly/bi-weekly and whether to have glass recycling. It’s much easier than having to lug our recyclables up to a station, and as a result, we recycle so much more. I also like that they send emails and texts with updates, such as when there’s a service interruption or when they’re on their way. Great service.

I think it is great that Recyclops offers curbside pickup with a variety of levels such as every week or every other week to fit your budget. The pickup tracker even lets you know what time your pickup will be on pickup day if you need a little extra time getting it out to the curb. I hope more people will sign up to keep this service going for our area.

I’ve never had any issues with service other than the pickup comes at varying times of day. The only time this caused me to miss pickup, customer service was generous enough to arrange another pickup the next day even though it was outside my schedule.

Recyclops has been a life saver for our small community. Moving here from a big town where recycling was “normal” (every house automatically had a recycling bin and pickup) - to a smaller town where no one recycles was definitely a challenge for our family, because we refuse to add to the waste around us and are huge recycling fans. That’s why when I found recyclops I knew they were our answer. Their customer service has always been amazing. You can’t call in directly anymore, however emailing is just as easy and they are pretty quick about getting back to you. Love that there is a recycling provider in my area. After years of no recycling provider, I was surprised to see that at least 70% of my trash was actually recyclable. They are a startup company, so they consolidated their customer service to email only. If you’re patient, they will get back to you in a few days and address your concern. As they grow, they’ll be able to expand their services.

Having lived near the area landfill for over 30 years, I have been convicted to contribute as little to "Trash Mountain" as possible. So, we began to separate recyclable items from tin & cardboard all the way up to electronics from what we send to the landfill a long time ago. However, trips to the recycling center became time consuming. That is when we found Recyclops: a small business with great customer service, friendly owners & workers, great communication, and a cute little cyclops who reminds us weekly that Recyclops is on the way. Recycling is one of the ways we are trying to reduce our footprint on the planet. Rcyclops does a great job and provides several options for pickup. It is easy to use the bags they provide. The only thing needed to be separated is the glass, everything else goes in one bag. I highly recommend their company for your recycling.

When we had a serious problem with our local pickup provider, Recyclops got right on it and changed the provider. When the new provider had trouble finding the alley where we leave our recycling, Recyclops got right on directing them where to go. When we wanted to change our billing cycle, Recyclops got right on accommodating meeting our wishes. They have been great in every way!

They pick up your recyclables every other week. For me, the price is reasonable compared to making trips to remote recycling centers. Do a bit of research, and you'll find that they're actually processing the material. Worth it.

Recyclops has been providing our family an excellent quality recycle service since early in their tenure in Murfreesboro. The service informs their patrons if any change is expected and every week we get a reminder as to our pickup day. This company has NEVER missed a pickup. I live in a rural town of Arizona. My garage company doesn’t provide recycle bins or cans even thought there is a recycling plant less than 20 mins away. You don't have to sort your recycling!

I have been using Recyclops for a couple years now and highly recommend! I’m big on recycling but rarely have time to take the items myself. So I love that Recyclops comes every week and you don’t have to sort your items! They have never missed a pickup and I love the emails saying when they have come by. I would recommend their service to anyone in Murfreesboro!

I want to do right for the environment and Recyclops makes it easy to do that. I feel as if I am doing something which is better than nothing. I want more people to do their part. I have had really good experiences with the customer services. My team pickups every other Monday. I missed a regular Monday pickup because I was out of town and I knew I would miss the next regular Monday pickup. So I called them. And they made a special pickup just for me. Wow!!
