Solo development on billing microservice/tools in C#/React, from scratch to production in 6 months; 100 times faster than the older, more manual process, and accuracy to the penny resulted in around $100K of extra revenue per month

Spearheaded concept to execution of office's first programming internship, teaching our entire tech stack and development process to 19 interns over 11 semesters; yielded 16 full-time offers with 7 of those accepted, and all were later promoted to mid-level or senior
