Shasta Beam has been my provider for a few years now. (Actually, they provide Beacon services for me through their office) . The internet service they provide is excellent with a fast speed. They gave great customer service and tech support if ever needed I've always been able to have any issue in the past corrected promptly with professionalism. The only complaint I have is services are expensive and they recently increased their pricing.
We have had a few issues with service lagging (we have a kid that is a gamer) but they have came right out and adjusted.
First internet company that you talk to a person right away and not left out in the automated world and if you leave a message they call you back!
Great customer service and reliable internet! Ed was great, I had some issues when I first moved into my house and they helped me multiple times until we figured out what the issue was. They came out to my house and fixed it quickly and I haven't had any problems since. Highly recommend for Proberta area. Thank you Shasta Beam!
