Furthermore, we do not perform independent estimating calculations, design certification, or regulatory approvals unless explicitly requested by the clients. All our outputs are prepared to support licensed architects, contractors, and engineers and must be reviewed by qualified professionals before use in the construction or fabrication process.
Responsibilities of Our Client
When you use our services, you take on complete responsibility for the following obligations:
- Providing accurate and updated architectural, structural, mechanical, electrical, and any other reference information required for the assigned task.
- Sending us clear and legible source files for all estimating and drafting projects.
- Ensuring timely communication of any changes, updates, and corrections required in the provided project data
- Understanding that Smart Constructs is not liable for errors, delays, and discrepancies occurring from incomplete, outdated, and incorrect data supplied by the client.
- Review all deliverables thoroughly for accuracy and precision before using them in your construction, procurement, or installation.
- Getting necessary approvals and permits from relevant regulatory authorities or licensed professionals before moving forward to project execution.
Tax Terms
All service charges quoted by Smart Constructs are exclusive of applicable government taxes, duties, or levies unless explicitly mentioned in the formal agreement or invoice. The client is solely responsible for determining and fulfilling any tax-related obligations, such as VAT, GST, withholding tax, or import/expot duties. Smart Constructs takes no responsibility for tax compliance on behalf of the client.
Schedule Terms
Project timelines provided by Smart Constructs are only estimates based on the scope of work, project complexity, and other information provided at the time of quoting. However, we strive to meet all provided deadlines across all estimating services, but these timelines may be affected by incomplete client data, delayed approvals, scope changes, or unexpected events. We are not liable for losses or damages resulting from these delays because they are outside of our reasonable control.
Third-Party Information
Our deliverables may be based on the information extracted from third parties. Smart Constructs does not own, endorse, or guarantee the accuracy of the data provided by the third party and is not responsible for any errors, updates, or discontinuation of third-party tools or standards referenced in our work.
