يهدف SP CAST إلى إنتاج ونشر محتوى عربي مستقل وعالي الجودة في مجالات التسويق، والأعمال، والتقنية، والذكاء الاصطناعي، وسلوك العملاء.
1. طبيعة الدعم
جميع المساهمات المالية المقدمة إلى SP CAST هي مساهمات اختيارية تهدف إلى دعم استمرار إنتاج وتطوير المحتوى.
لا يمثل الدعم عملية شراء لمنتج مادي أو خدمة مخصصة أو استشارة فردية.
2. استخدام الدعم
قد يتم استخدام المساهمات المالية في:
- إنتاج حلقات جديدة.
- تحسين جودة المحتوى.
- تطوير الموقع والبنية التقنية.
- تغطية تكاليف التشغيل والاستضافة.
- تطوير المشروع على المدى الطويل.
3. المنصات المستخدمة
قد تتم عمليات الدعم من خلال منصات خارجية مثل Patreon أو أي مزود دفع معتمد.
تتم جميع عمليات الدفع مباشرة عبر تلك المنصات، ولا يقوم SP CAST بجمع أو تخزين بيانات بطاقات الدفع.
4. سياسة الاسترداد
بما أن الدعم يعد مساهمة اختيارية لدعم المشروع، فإنه لا يخضع لسياسة استرداد تلقائية.
إذا حدثت عملية خصم غير صحيحة أو واجه الداعم مشكلة تتعلق بالدفع، فيرجى التواصل معنا، وسنعمل على مراجعة الحالة بالتعاون مع مزود خدمة الدفع.
5. عدم وجود التزام تعاقدي
لا يترتب على تقديم الدعم أي حقوق ملكية أو مشاركة أو شراكة أو التزام تعاقدي بين الداعم وSP CAST.
كما لا يضمن الدعم تقديم محتوى أو خدمات مخصصة أو مزايا خاصة، ما لم يتم الإعلان عنها صراحة عبر منصة الدعم المستخدمة.
6. الشفافية
نسعى إلى استخدام الدعم المالي بطريقة مسؤولة للمساهمة في استمرارية المشروع وتحسين جودة المحتوى المقدم للجمهور.

Thank you for supporting SP CAST.
SP CAST is an independent Arabic-language podcast dedicated to producing high-quality content covering marketing, business, technology, artificial intelligence, and consumer behavior.
1. Nature of Support
All financial contributions made to SP CAST are voluntary donations intended to support the continued production and development of the project.
Support contributions do not constitute the purchase of a physical product, personalized service, or private consultation.
2. Use of Contributions
Support may be used to:
- Produce new podcast episodes.
- Improve content quality.
- Maintain and enhance the website and technical infrastructure.
- Cover operational and hosting expenses.
- Support the long-term growth of the project.
3. Payment Platforms
Support may be processed through third-party platforms such as Patreon or other approved payment providers.
All payment processing is handled directly by those providers. SP CAST does not collect or store payment card information.
4. Refund Policy
Because support represents a voluntary contribution, it is generally not subject to automatic refunds.
If you believe a payment was made in error or you experience a payment issue, please contact us. We will review the matter in cooperation with the relevant payment provider whenever appropriate.
5. No Contractual Rights
Supporting SP CAST does not create any ownership, partnership, contractual relationship, or entitlement to personalized services.
Any supporter benefits, if offered, will be clearly described on the respective support platform.

We are committed to using supporter contributions responsibly to help sustain and improve the SP CAST project.
