TEKROM TEKNOLOJİ A.Ş. has also implemented the technical measures required to protect personal data against losses, alterations, unlawful unauthorized use that may occur during data transfers, and accidental or unlawful destruction.

In line with these principles, understanding, and awareness, TEKROM TEKNOLOJİ A.Ş. commits that, outside of cases explicitly provided for by law, fulfillment of a legal obligation, and legitimate rights, it does not retain any data beyond what is necessary; will not use personal data obtained from its customers for purposes other than those for which it was collected; and will not transfer and/or disclose such data to third parties without consent or without another ground prescribed by applicable legislation. Information that is required by legislation to be shared with relevant public institutions and organizations and/or judicial authorities is exempt from this process.
