Located to the northeast of the academic town of Göttingen, Faßberg campus is easily reached from the town center and train station with a city bus. The closest bus stop Faßberg is served by the 21 and 22 buses to Nikolausberg, as well as the 23 bus, which terminates here. City buses are operated by GöVB, with more information on timetables and ticket prices on their website (only available in German).
Göttingen can be reached from all major German cities and airports by long distance trains operated by Deutsche Bahn and Flixtrain. Slower regional trains link Göttingen to the surrounding cities of Hannover, Kassel, Paderborn and Erfurt. Tickets for regional trains are best booked via Deutsche Bahn.
Drivers can reach Göttingen via the A7 motorway. For the campus, take the exit Göttingen-Nord, then follow the B27 in the direction of Duderstadt and turn left towards Gö-Nikolausberg once east of the town.
