Nacha’s new fraud monitoring rules are coming into effect in a few months. 3 things should be thinking about: 1️⃣ 𝗖𝗮𝗻 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗱𝗲𝘁𝗲𝗰𝘁 𝘀𝗰𝗮𝗺𝘀? This is one of the biggest changes. Nacha now explicitly requires monitoring for payments authorized under false pretenses.
