Let’s make this year’s picnics the best yet!  Sign up here to attend our VAAC Welcome Back Picnic – a fantastic opportunity to reconnect with old friends, meet new faces, and celebrate the VAAC community. This year’s picnic promises fun activities for all ages, delicious food, and a chance to reminisce about your UCI memories and make new ones with new friends.

Students don’t forget to bring your families for a day of togetherness! 

Alumni, we especially encourage your attendance. While you’re there, consider donating to VAAC. Your contributions help us continue to provide valuable resources and programs. Even if you couldn’t contribute during our last campaign, any amount is greatly appreciated.

FAQs

How do I register for the event?

Register online here and bring your booking confirmation with you on the day, either on your phone or printed out. Registration closes on September 1st. We cannot accept registrations at the door.  To qualify for student pricing, present your student ID number during registration.

 How much does it cost?

·         Before October 12th: Adults / Alumni is $30, children (ages 10-18) is $7 and children under 10 are free.  If you are a student, the cost is $7.

·         After October 12th:   Adults / Alumni is $35, children (ages 10-18) is $12 and children under 10 are free.  If you are a student, the cost is $12.

 What do I need to bring?

Bring your registration ticket.  Your ticket covers everything – food, drinks, and activities! Feel free to bring your family and fellow UCI alumni (tickets required for all attendees).

 What if I have dietary restrictions?

To ensure we accommodate your needs, please indicate any dietary restrictions (e.g., allergies, vegetarian, vegan) during the registration process.  If you have any questions, don’t hesitate to contact us at VietZotUci@gmail.com.
