Welcome home
When I learned I was autistic at 42, I couldn’t find anyone online or IRL who shared that experience and looked like me. So in 2018, I launched Autastic®.
Through an Afrocentric lens, Autastic’s resources and communities center and celebrate BIPOC who learned they’re autistic in adulthood. Our extraordiary volunteer moderators generously maintain our culture because all of this is a labour of love #ByUsForUs.
Community is the secret sauce to adult-identified autistic and AuDHD life. Autastic members around the globe gather to grow friendships, share passions, and rebuild our lives. Won’t you join us?
