We’ve turned ambition into disciplined action at scale: earning a CDP A rating, securing SBTi validation for our near and long-term targets, achieving EcoVadis Gold (top 5% globally), and planting over 1.37 million trees. Across our global footprint, we’re accelerating renewable energy, rethinking waste, and restoring ecosystems through science-led partnerships, like Plant-for-the-Planet.

With 7 million learning hours and 16+ million course completions, we’re building the capabilities for a fast-changing world, while more than 45k+ game-changers came together through WeMove, bringing wellbeing and connection to life at scale.
