Welcome to the Open Source Pharma Foundation (OSPF) tranSMART Patient Data Commons an open platform for translational research on neglected and resurgent infectious diseases. The Commons integrates patient-level clinical, transcriptomic (RNA-seq), and multi-omics data from studies on tuberculosis and emerging mosquito-borne viral diseases (dengue, Zika, chikungunya), enabling researchers to move from molecular signatures to clinical insight. By harmonizing datasets across cohorts and studies, the platform supports biomarker discovery, host-response analysis, drug repurposing, and patient stratification bridging the gap between bench-side discovery and bedside impact. The Commons is developed and maintained through a collaboration between OSPF and Axiomedix, Inc.
