Founder & Director (TechArch)
Ar. Sunil Krera graduated from Goa College of Architecture in 2001 and went on to complete his Post-Graduation in Advanced Construction Management from NICMAR University in 2005. Over a career spanning residential developments, luxury resorts, commercial complexes, and premium interior fit-outs — in India and internationally — he built a rare combination of design sensibility and technical rigour.
He founded TechArch Group in 2018 with a straightforward ambition: to create a studio where elegant design and disciplined execution are treated as equally important — and where every project reflects the client's vision as clearly as the architect's.
Ms. Sshivanei M Krera
Co-Founder & Head-Design (TechArch)
Ms. Sshivanei M Krera, a distinguished co-founder, brings a wealth of experience spanning over 23+ years in the Realm of Architecture & Interior Design. Her expertise encompasses a diverse range of projects, including Residential, Commercial and Group housing ventures. Throughout her career, she has collaborated extensively with renowned architectural and real estate organisations.
As a co-founder, Ms. Krera plays a pivotal role in shaping the company's direction and driving its success. With her extensive industry knowledge, artistic prowess, and remarkable leadership skills, she is a true inspiration to aspiring designers and an invaluable asset to the organization.
