Choosing to allow LLCs the right to vote is choosing to dilute the power of the people — disregard for the fundamental right on which our civil liberties rest. Seaford residents’ right to make decisions about their community must be protected.
Glad to see this bill voted down.
BREAKING: The Delaware House has voted down a bill that would have allowed LLCs to vote in elections in the city of Seaford. The legislation fell far short of the two-thirds majority required to change the charter.
