1/2 AGLC will consider procuring product from Micro Cultivation/Processing licensees that have a valid recreational sales licence from Health Canada. We have followed up internally so there are no future misunderstandings.

We are aware there is a misunderstanding around the forecasted 250 cannabis retail licences. This is an estimate only and there will be NO cap on the amount of licences that will be issued by the #AGLC. There is however, a cap of 37 licences per entity. #Ab
