CASE UPDATE: Rishone Raspberry, a convicted felon, was federally indicted for allegedly selling 52 grams of fentanyl to undercover agents while on pretrial bond for a state felony drug charge that occurred three weeks prior. Raspberry is detained in federal custody pending trial.
