Ruined village; Corbera d’Ebre. The most intense and brutal combats of the Battle of the Ebro were fought here. It lasted 115 days. What a morning walking around these parts. 1/3

I’ve just asked a woman on a train carriage full of people to either lower the volume on her phone or wear headphones. Lady: I can have it as loud as I like. Me : Well, no one wants to hear it. Lady: I’m going to give you a slap. I’m now waiting for my slap. 😂 And this is

More unfollows. Keep unfollowing. It’s cool. I care about the kidnapped hostages and about the 300,000 Jews we have living here in the UK who are living in fear at the moment. They are a minority. I’m not sorry if that offends you.

I find it incredible that a high profile historian would talk to a Jewish woman in this way as she expressed her fears of being in London. Quite a few high profile figures have the lost the plot on this and he’s one of them. Just no need for this at all. She’s not in Gaza.

I’m ‘far-right’ now because I don’t want to get lost in a crowd who are waving Palestinian flags, or have to bump in to the weirdos chanting something about the sea, whilst I pay my respects at a war memorial or cenotaph. Do fuck off. 😂😂 Keep away from me.

I left books out one evening and my dog ate them. Seriously. I didn’t remove the dog from my home. I made sure I put my books away. Lily is a massive tit.

If you allow Jihadi chants on the streets without consequence it’s not a surprise when the underbelly of society shows itself 6 weeks later. It’s all awful. Wish your officers well but leadership is weak.

Arnhem, 1944, this young man saved the father of my dad’s friend. The son of the man he saved served in The Falklands War, and survived that.

I have never a known a soldier or ex-Forces to tell the world how many people they killed in a theatre of war. Apart from the knobs who probably sat peeling spuds for their tour. Dreadful.
