    What an incredible week at our First Responder Basketball Camp! 🏀🚔🚒🚑 Throughout the week, we focused on more than just basketball—we built confidence, developed skills, strengthened teamwork & created lasting friendships.

    At 12:59pm today, units responded to 1301 S Fern St for flames coming from the back of garbage truck. Driver safely exited vehicle. Crews quickly knocked fire down then completed extinguishment with help from Public Works. No determination on cause of fire. No injuries reported.

    Firefighter Wright joined the department on October 29, 2018, as a member of Recruit Class 76. Throughout his career, he served the Arlington community with dedication and distinction and was most recently assigned to Fire Station 9.

    Breaking: Units are on scene of a structure fire on the 6000 block of 25th Rd N. Crews encountered heavy fire showing from the structure upon arrival. Expect a large Fire Department response and avoid the area if possible.
