HR is always the most scandalous department. They know all of the secrets and spread them. And they never follow any of the rules.
They basically exist as a sorority with a mission to make every middle level manager’s work miserable.
Not that I condone this behavior in a healthy environment. But my man, reverse engineer taking your time back. Quit on your own terms.
Just stop working that hard. Make them do the hard part and earn as much as you can before they finally perp walk you.
